Site News : The recipe section is now beginning to grow

A big thanks to Giles (aka gabber) who sent the first 19 recipes over to me to post on the site.

"Recipes!" i hear you say. "Is this not a mountain bike club site based in epping forest? Why are we turning the site into a cookbook?"

Well, hard cycling = burning calories. We need fuel like a car needs petrol and rumour has it that these recipes taste a bit better that unleaded or in my case diesel (shhhh - dont tell anyone).

Site News : The new site goes live!

The original site has been online for around 6 months now and it's only after trying to maintain a site and add in all the gadgets that you see on other peoples sites that you realise what a mess you've made. After playing around with a few ideas, we finally came up with this.

Hopefully this site will bring infinately more features than the original one ever did and we can do the Epping Hard Cru members justice!
