Ham's Workout Loop
Posted for no particular reason except this is a nice (mainly) road loop that I enjoy doing as a quick workout. Works well for any Abbey to Abbey location. And remember, all those extra road miles will pay off in the forest!!
It's 19.75km door to door.
1. Into Quaker Lane from Milton Court.
2. Left at New Inn into Crooked Mile.
3. Right at roundabout into Parklands.
4. First left into Galley Hill.
5. Follow road into Claverhambury Road leading onto unmade road...
6. ...Cobbinsend Road then left to Long Street.
7. Follow bearing left at Burgess Farm to T-junction.
8. Left into Crown Hill under M25 and follow to Epping Road junction.
9. Left into Epping Road to Wake Arms roundabout
10. Right at roundabout into Woodridden Hill.
11. First left Wake Road.
12. Follow to end then left at junction with Claypit Hill.
13. Past Tea Hut at HB into Manor Road.
14. Follow to T-junction then right into Avey Lane.
15. Long downhill to junction, turn right into Stewardstone Road.
16. S/O at roundabout, over M25, past Tesco's then first left after lights.
17. Left into Victoria St at Sultan pub.
18. Bear right and straight on past garages back into Milton Court.
It's quite a nice alternative to a spinning class - with 5 good pulls (which used to be real struggles so i'm improving!) and a great descent into the Abbey. 68kph fastest so far.
My time to beat is now down to 47 mins 12 secs. Not that great in the scheme of things but as a benchmark my first ever time was 1 hour 3 mins! So feel free to improve/shatter it or even come round it with me one day.

If I Ferrari watchesasked you were it possible for you to get into the best shape
of your life, we could agree that it is. If I asked you were it Ferrari watch possible for you Gucci watchesto become smarter than you’ve ever been, I
think we could agree that you could work hard, study, learn, and practice more . Gucci watch But strangely, the idea of becoming Louis Vuitton watches the “perfect version” of ourselves seems so unobtainable. zf
