Well Phsio is going well, walking properly for first time but still at a slow pace and DRIVING is now OK, bizarrely, so lost the chauffer:)

Apparrently turns out I have myofacial tears which is a whole lot better than muscle tears (and explains why no pooling of blood in the ankle) . Upshot is that recovery is expected to be 100% in a few weeks from now.

Getting electro zapping three times this week around the calf, but no massaging as I am told that would hinder the tissue recovery process. main focus is to keep strectching, stretching more streching after the muscle has warmed up, see below:)

Also told to take lots of vitamin C and protein (thought that might be the case with protein spread 6x throgh the day) to help the healing process speed up along with something called Oxylift (will try anything if it helps lol.) Still taking paracatemol as that helps the healing prcoes too (not Ibuprofen now as detracts from the healing prcoess after a week it seems)

So Physio recommends:-
- Light Spinner 60-90rpm 5mins on / 5 min off x4 (with streching)
- Walking !
- Stair climbing (very very gentle)
- Stretching warm muscle several times a day

With luck maybe out proper in a few weeks at this rate (but only if I feel totally 100%) !
