how hard is the 12 hours? If you push yourself to your limit, having seen Matt at the end of the Nightrider in 2007, very very hard and you'd need a lot of recovery time afterwards - perhaps a couple ...

could be up for this - as part of a team of 2 or 4. not sure I really want the "hell" of 12 hours solo - would take a long time to recover!
